Super interesting (and important!) topic - kudos for writing a book on it Joe!

Curious what kind of topics you cover - things like standing desks, kneeling stools/chairs, herbal nootropics even? (Or maybe that could be in a spin-off book: Bio-hacking for Hackers :003:)

Ooo, I like the idea of adding something on nootropics–maybe in the nutrition chapter. Nootropic drinks totally work for me to improve focus. They are just too expensive (for me) to buy regularly.

Try something like Korean Red Ginseng Root capsules? Swanson are a pretty good brand (though more expensive than they used to be). If you try them let us know how you get on with them.
