Things we look for in or MOTMs:
- Helpfulness - whether that’s:

- Helping around Devtalk (reporting errors, problems, incorrect categorisation of threads, etc)

- Helping members with their questions or simply being supportive in their threads

- Helping keep everyone updated by posting language and framework news, etc
- General activity
- Positivity
- Being welcoming
- Amicable
- And also not condescending, rude, abrupt, etc
Basically, helpful members with a positive and welcoming attitude
