How can I make sure the the xcproj example files are safe? And contain no harmful software when running in Xcode

From where did you purchase the book? More importantly, from where did you download the code and example files?

I purchased the Book from the website (PDF) and I downloaded the resources from the “Source Code (zip file)” on the book description on the website.
