All of these new laws are making it harder for smaller outfits to compete.

There seems to be an increasing misconception that the internet is like television, where the broadcaster is responsible for content, but the Internet is merely an online extension/version of ‘life’ :confused:

I hope wikipedia might be able to surpass this situation, it’s by far one of my favorite site.

And well, I understand the responsability that any plataform is supposed to have, but at the same time it’s getting a bit “scary” to start new communities online with all these new laws.
You never know when some user or hacker will cause some trouble, and you’ll end up being responsible for someone else fault …
