Both are equally bad. But at least when you are just tired, there is no possibility that you will pee on the servers. jk 
Being tired is worse when working on production databases, as it can lead to mistakes that could have a major impact on the database. Being drunk is also dangerous, as it could lead to careless mistakes or reckless behaviour.
I don’t know about being drunk, but a glass of red wine can sometimes help me focus
