Been hearing quite a bit about ChatGPT recently, anyone tried it?
Yeah I had some fun with it, it’s pretty impressive, not always right, but definitely impressive!
It is impressive, I asked it to write some C++ program for me and it did. The program was 90% correct. What is interesting is that you can ask it to redo parts of a program and it will do it. It really feels like an assistant. The not so good part is that some time it becomes creative and hallucinates non existing functions. It could be a tool for someone that knows what it is doing and a trap for the novice that can’t distinguish between when ChatGPT is right or wrong.
