And I hope I am wrong, but I think it will cause people to be not as hard working as before.

I think that at this time it is an overreaction, but in time yes, AI will eat up a lot of jobs. Instead of ten artists you will probably need just one that will prompt an AI to generate what you need and will filter out the results. Same will happen for programming.
