If this is true and they can prove it, then TikTok will probably be banned in the US.

Firstly do you really expect a reliable arguments from politicians? Secondly there is nothing to prove. A more appropriate response is: the pot calling the kettle black. It’s like two thieves fighting over who will rob your home.
