I was about to ask you if you would recommend your book for someone new to both Elixir and Machine Learning. I’d like to dabble in Elixir to see what it’s about but primarily to learn ML at a deeper level.
Instead I checked out the excerpts from your book on the pragprog site, and from what I read I think it would be a great read. If I get in too deep I can do outside research but overall I appreciate the mix of historical anecdotes as well as the easily grok’able explanations.
I only caught a little bit of Elixir in the examples but it’s super readable. It struck me, the cognitive load needed to manage both a complex (boiler plate) language and ML concepts … 
I’m not there yet.
Question:
Do you get into deployment strategies in the book? You mention it briefly in the interview but I would love to learn more about the best practices.
