Hey everyone!
Just a quick update to say now that we’re over 3 years old (gosh where has the time gone!?) we have updated our tending lists to include hottest threads “over 3 years”.
So now we have:
Hottest threads this…
- Week
- Month
- Year
- Last 3 years
- Over 3 years
This will apply to our homepage as well as language/framework portals and of course our book portals 
First poster avatars for news threads
We’ve also made another change where, now, if you’re the first person to post in a thread that was posted by one of our bots (therefore promoting that thread on to the forum) then on our homepage for that thread in our hot lists your avatar will show with either a green glow or a red one where the original thread starter avatar usually shows (ie, the top left). A green glow means the thread was originally posted by our community news bot and the red glow will show the thread was originally posted by our official news bot.
