Rhai’s been around for a while, looks interesting, but the dynamic typing is still not great for an embedded scripting language that we need to be fast… >.>
Well, you kept saying a while ago that you have no issues using OCaml as a scripting language…
I’m waiting on OCaml to have a great WASM backend, lol.
And I am waiting for OCaml 5.0. 
Been following it on and off and I am happy with what I am seeing, even though the tooling story mostly remains a disaster, heh.
But I already invested one weekend afternoon ~2 months ago and I mostly nailed a good productive workflow with the esy build tool and slight customizations about what goes where, plus good rules for the project’s .gitignore. I was mostly pleased with the result.
