page 513, third paragraph, second line : might not have a later

if that might cause performance issues later—a short script might not have a later. Conversely,
                                                               -----> ^^^^^^^^^^^^

Is it correct ?

Yes, it’s as intended, though admittedly it’s not strictly grammatical, but it’s meant to be parallel to the “later” in “might cause performance issues later”
