Nvidia has held talks to acquire Hugging Face for more than $13 billion as the chip giant expands its AI dealmaking.

I don’t see how this deal gets past the anti-competition and monopoly lawmakers or commissions, especially in the EU. If the ARM deal faced a lot of scrutiny, then so will this one.
