I couldn’t imagine working in an office environment now - as a human being - working from home has huge benefits.
If they want to ‘debate ideas’ …forums are great for that 
Plus then there is a record that people can refer back to instead of possibly good ideas just vanishing in the deluge!
Maybe remote works for some/most, and it doesn’t for others?
