Haha, this was a good read. I recall my wasted time dabbling with Windows in 2013-2015 before waking up and realizing that Windows was doomed. We went from XAML to Xamarin to Android.
The same confusion is visible when working with its web frameworks and their corresponding components: Blazor, Entity, and the like. I know Microsoft has perks, but I have never seen such a confused company with a successful suite of products and yet totally devoid of direction. It’s both utterly shameful and mind-boggling.
