These are good advices. I worked for both kinds of senior leaders. There are those who are open to feedback. But I have also met those who are defensive and close-minded.

Excellent article! I like the first points/measures taken before giving feedback:

  1. Am I the problem?
  2. Can I live with this?

Wading through the power and ego battles is messy but living with a clear conscience and peace of mind while doing so is so much better.
