Is it some kind of black marketing around AI topic or something like that? I wonder if people think that they could fight with AI as same as they do with ghosts in Phasmophobia i.e. offend a ghosts or their family to find their location quicker - that’s same level of … oh ironic … “intelligence”.
AI chats are chat apps as every other except that on one side there is not a human, but AI. In cryptography it’s possible to hack everything as same as a good thief could enter every house, so if you own a hidden next-level technology you can in theory hack everyone on the earth. The question is if a chosen strategy is worth effort. If there is a security hole or if it’s a successful man in the middle attack then it doesn’t really matter what site you are trying to hack.
Ah, and btw. it’s a “conspiracy theory” that governments ever asked about installing a backdoor for its agents. It’s not like that they can track “dangerous” people by locating their “safe” iPhones, right? That’s what mainstream media said, so it “needs” to be true!
Well … the practice shows that you don’t need anything special as hackers can hack everyone’s social media accounts and use them however they like. However the craziest thing is that it would be a dream if that would be all of it. Most probably every bigger corporation maintains a databases full of shadow profiles with privacy data, but … well … people are even giving thieves all information they need i.e. images shows how their home layout looks like or where are the most worth things placed and the cherry on the top of cake is sharing vacation plans. It’s just like saying:
Dear thieves I live in … You can find there an expensive TV, console, etc. and nobody would use my home between … and … Everybody interested in joining a thieves party are welcome!
Sincerely,
A “smart” person who do not care about privacy, because all their actions are legal and therefore there are nothing to hide.
Before the internet and social media become popular everyone would think that’s some kind of a stupid police action to catch stupid robbers. Today it’s a reality. Do we really need an AI to make it even more worse? I believe “human intelligence” can deal with all of that.
What’s the funniest is that people full of fear about imperfect AI destroying humanity at the same time expects it to be a perfect tool that cannot be hacked. Well … I heard that dozens of percent of poles believe that they are not paying any taxes - yes, including VAT.
