Just noticed a typo in chapter 2, on the bottom of p55 of B9.0 it says:
pseduo-Haskell
I missed this on my first reading of the chapter…
(Maybe it is already being caught by the editorial process?)
Thankfully the copy editors should have caught this. They are much better at finding typos than I am.
