This article made me chuckle 
and it raises a good point about how parents can deal with their children addicted to their mobiles.
I’m not a parent but if I was I wouldn’t allow my kids to have a smart phone 
Kids as young as 2 years old these days already knows how to use a phone/tablet to watch youtube videos.
It’s frightening how addicted some children are… I dread to think what it’s doing to their eyes (and brain formation).
I was astonished when my cousin’s two year old skipped an ad on a YouTube video and went to the downloaded videos when his internet diconnected.
