Great seeing Crystal coming along so nicely - I’d love for them to invite Matt to the core team and maybe even work on some other collaboration… maybe Crystal could be Ruby’s spiritual success with Matz in the team?

Ruby will hugely benefit if it starts moving in the direction of static strong typing but yeah, community inertia is too big at this point IMO.
