CEOs might themselves wind up being replaced by AI “elite talent”.
According to this study, firms that hire elite talent (not necessarily big tech firms, btw) significantly increase their productivity by doing so.
I wonder at what point the “elite talent” themselves might be replaced by AI. But then that AI might itself require “elite talent” to develop. I suppose we couldn’t have an infinite regress, now, could we?
I’ll be watching keenly to see how all this “elite talent” and “productivity” improves the inflation rate or my online supermarket checkout experience…
