Found this to be a good, simple read. The author ironed out being good to four technical things and he was spot on.
They are: technical skills, product thinking, project execution, and people skills.
Interestingly, it’s the last skill: people skills that results in many of us not climbing up the career ladder. And the irony is that most of the people with people skills have very poor or limited technical skills. Aluta continua…
