Isn’t Meta also threatening that it could shut down Facebook and Instagram operations in Europe if it was no longer allowed to store data on European users in the US?

Removing all of their money sources, I.E. the users that bring in the advertising, seems… difficult, you can’t really herd cats/humans that way, lol.
