This section discusses adding an else clause to the code but the snippet shown is duplicate code already added in the previous section. There is no new else clause presented.
Unfortunately, I don’t know what (loc 5196) means, and the one place in the book where it mentions adding an else clause is where an entirely new file is being created. Please remove [solved] from the title if you can provide more detail.
