He lost before he started it. Of course not all, but Americans as a nation donāt want to work or have too big expectations. Every time I see a onsite offer I think that I would agree for 1/2 or something even less of their salary if they would allow me to work remotely. Sanctions standalone will not force people to start work. Many of young Americans does not have a good education, because they didnāt care about school or prefer ideological branches rather than anything that could support economy.
If someone would like to change that the quality of life would need to be drastically decreased. Most probably many people would protest against such changes. Sooner or later USA will collapse. Most probably it would divide in 2 countries, but in worst case every state may demand itās independence. We donāt talk if, but when.
The worst is that many people really want to work with them, but they āpreferā to isolate for some reason or be in position where they ātakes allā instead of doing a deal (see Ukraine situation). This and the long story of betraying allies would not end good. Some people simply donāt learn from the past ā¦
I think if you were to ask people all over the world the majority would probably say they donāt want to work - we werenāt born to work, we evolved to wander, hunt, sleep, have fun, etc.
