A year after the disastrous breach, LastPass has not improved.
A year after the breach, LastPass still failed to deliver useful mitigation steps. The technical issues haven’t been resolved either.

I haven’t used password managers before, but I was thinking of getting one soon. is 1Password better than LastPass?

“Better” is relative, as with all things. Personally though, I switched from LastPass to 1Password about 6 months ago and haven’t looked back.

I agree. I also moved from LastPass to 1Password a year ago.

There’s also Bitwarden.
