I just read a tweet sometime ago, that cyberattacks in the world have increased exponentially. Is it true?

I think it’s always true… and is likely to only get worse year by year. Won’t be long before people start employing AI/ML to help too (probably already happening)

Wow, that is a scary thought. I hope a breakthrough in AI/ML would somehow slow it down.

I wish that were the case but router tech seems to be evolving very slowly. Even ‘leading’ router companies like Asus use things like Trend Micro’s AiProtection for their ‘security insight’ feature:

Why would anyone want to ‘share’ their internet traffic with another company? Protection should be built into the device…
