This is what I always do when I can’t figure out something. It has helped me many times already.

For me, if I can’t think of a solution, I just step away from the keyboard for some time. Taking a walk, exercise, taking a shower, or playing the guitar helps me.

Recently I forced myself to walk certain amount of time everyday. It does really help to make me feel better.
