If you’re not living out in the sticks and completely non-dependent on any govt or societal structures, then you will have some sort of obligation (or ‘boss’, as you put it). Whether this is contributing towards clean water, refuge collection, health care etc. Or do you mean something else? You’ll have to give us more info to go on if so
