Online, tpically? Short. Half-hour max before my attention drifts. An hour and I’m either zoning or distracted.
In-person, with a great speaker? Until I’m physically exhausted.

I think 45 minutes is the ideal length for me, but I wonder why… Maybe because that’s the length of school classes in my country?

30mins would be enough. More than that people probably need a break.
