@jrothman, do you have any tips to find out when a potential coauthor will offer an author-voice that makes the content bigger?
What should be the focus? to make the work easier? is it more important ideas or personalities? should try to complement ideas with alternate views, or to reinforce will clarity and conviction certain ones?
