Diagram is Wrong
Two pages earlier, there is also a diagram explaining transpose:
Think of transpose as flipping a point over a diagonal line that runs from the upper left to the lower right.
If we follow the logic here, we can see the following diagram is wrong. Second should swap with the rotated shape with the one from the last row and also swap the description because it is rotating 270 instead of 90.
