You might want to mention [modernc.org/sqlite](https://pkg.go.dev/modernc.org/sqlite) as an alternative that doesn’t require CGO

Thank you for your suggestion. I was unable to use this driver specifically due to some restrictions on supported operating systems. I am considering adding a note about alternatives to the text.
