pg_track_settings 2.1.2

I'm pleased to announce the release of the version 2.1.2 of pg_track_settings, an extension that helps you keep track of postgresql settings configuration.

Bug fixes:

Fix concurrent remote snapshot (Julien Rouhaud)

Fix role / db setting snapshot when all previous settings have been removed (Julien Rouhaud, per report from github user sajiljosephs)
