Nope 
You generally don’t need things like that for Macs, in fact you often hear apps like these can actually mess things up. When you need to delete an app, usually deleting it from your applications folder is enough.
I would just get something like LittleSnitch and do a quick search (or post on here/other forums) for opinions about an app if you are unsure whether it’s safe or worth trying
