That’s nice but as I said earlier, some people like me might have a sugar deficiency problem. If my sugar level goes down, I start feeling dizziness and later I have to consume something sugary in order to retain my consciousness.

Every January I do a no sugar challenge with friends, who wants to join in?

Does it only last through January Rainer? :upside_down_face:

I don’t eat any processed sugars but have been having a bit too much honey lately (which we may as well class as processed given how it’s produced now) so might give it up for a while. Think I will start making almond butter again as that can be my snack instead

Oh, forgot to reply here
Some are trying to continue after January, but usually that does not last too long.

Honey is explicitly not allowed in our challenge, as basically it’s 80% sugar.

Currently I’m consuming too much unhealthy things due to a lack of willpower, but I’m countering it with sports

After resuming sugar consumption for a while, I’ve now cut it out again, except for eating a delicious piece of cake a few days ago.

I can only reduce sugar intake. It is very difficult to be sugar free.

That’s awesome! Cutting out added sugar while still getting natural sugars from fruit is a great balance. The fiber and nutrients in fruit help regulate blood sugar, unlike processed sugar. Keep it up! :watermelon::banana::muscle:

I’m not sugar free but I’ve begun doing IF (intermittent fasting).
